Tastings Notes
This vibrant and fruit-driven Pinot Noir highlights flavors of ripe cherry, undertones of earl grey tea, and a touch of roasted almond. With smooth acidity and gentle tannins, this wine promises to evolve beautifully with some time in the cellar.
What to Pair With
You don’t want to overwhelm this delicate wine with heavy sauces so think simply cooked meats. Mushroom risotto, roasted beetroot. Mild cheeses such as goat or creamy brie.
