Carolyn Hurst is a seasoned executive who has an outstanding record of business success. She has been the President of three companies (Why Interactive Inc, ITC corp., and Effingham Technology Management Inc.) which have all exceeded their business objectives. Moreover, Carolyn has 15 years experience as an executive in the Information Technology Industry with SHL Systemhouse, MCI International and Jetform Inc.

She also has significant experience in the Toronto Restaurant/Hospitality industry earlier on in her career. She is a graduate of University of Western Ontario.

Grant Westcott is also a mature senior executive with an outstanding management career in the Public Service 30 years – Associate Deputy Minister – 3 years), Banking (10 Years – /Executive Vice President) and the consulting industries (2 Years). He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a MSc in Management in 1983.

A Niagara College Graduate and awarded young wine professional, raised in small town Ontario amongst the corn and canola, Casey has always been an inspired individual.  Early on in his career Casey realized that intimate and innately unique relationship one can have with wine, particularity those created through the lens of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.  

Casey is excited to lead winemaking at Westcott Vineyards.  He is thrilled to define the wines of the domain, focused on depicting place by paying tribute the unique character of some of the best vineyards in Niagara through artfully crafted still and sparkling Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.  

Casey loves watching Formula One while sipping Brilliant Sparkling Brut that he's personally hand-riddled and labeled.  Go Ricciardo!

Garett grew up sitting on his dad’s lap on the tractor on the family farm and is now driving his own tractors as the Vineyard Manager & Assistant Winemaker.  He is also a musician (songwriter/guitarist) and has a passion for listening to podcasts and reading science & history books in his free time.  His favourite wine is the Estate Pinot Noir 2013. He also asked that we put in #WeTheNorth

After obtaining an MBA and crunching numbers for a living, Jessica switched gears and decided to get more from life by learning more about that which she loves most – fabulous wine. She has completed her WSET Level 3, French Wine Scholar as well as completed a harvest in New Zealand. She is excited to continue to expand upon her wine knowledge through travel and tasting. Her favourite wine is Westcott Vineyards Reserve Pinot Noir 2018, which is hiding in her wine cellar to enjoy.
