Tastings Notes
A fresh and fruit forward pinot noir showcasing notes of fresh black cherry, black tea and toasted vanilla. Silky acidity and soft tannins, this wine will benefit from some aging but tastes great now!
What to Pair With
You don’t want to overwhelm this delicate wine with heavy sauces so think simply cooked meats. Mushroom risotto, roasted beetroot. Mild cheeses such as goat or creamy brie.
